Glen Cromie Caravan Park is ideally located less than 100 km from Melbourne, easily accessed from the Monash Freeway and it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Set on 35 acres in a secluded valley with the Tarago River running gently through the park you can just sit and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature. Being in a valley the park is surrounded by majestic, towering gum trees and stunning tree ferns. The park also has about 2kms of its own newly reconstructed bushland walking trails, which were devastated during the Black Saturday bushfire. Come and see the amazing regeneration of the bushland with stunning scenery with an abundance of bird and wildlife. The walks are well signed and have interpretive signage along the way.
On offer are a number of options for your stay, including our newly renovated, modern ensuite cabin accommodation, one of which is pet friendly, our large, undercover onsite caravan and flat grassed powered and unpowered sites, with some backing directly onto the Tarago River. We offer standard park facilities including a fully equipped laundry, baby bathroom and a number of amenities blocks for your convenience. We also offer a very well stocked kiosk to cover your needs.
Glen Cromie is also well known as a Day Park due to its idyllic location. A visitor fee of $4 per person is applicable to all visitors. We also have 5 large Shelters available for hire, perfect for that family picnic, school, work or social group gathering. There are also a number of coin operated electric BBQ’s placed around the park.
Cromie Caravan Park is a member of Family Parks.
